Charles Patrick Killacky was arrested by the Bay County Sheriff’s office after they responded to a 911 call to a residence on Pebble Beach Place on Panama City Beach last evening at 11:00. The caller reported hearing a man and a woman arguing.
Deputies arrived to find a man walking down the street. Deputies spoke with the man who stated “She freaked out on me. She ran and I chased her. Probably not my better judgment.”
The man was identified as Charles Patrick Killacky, age 28. Killacky stated he lived with his mother at 1110 Pebble Beach Place.
Deputies found a woman on her back in some bushes. She had been visibly beaten with severe swelling and abrasions to her face, and was partially unclothed. EMS responded and the victim was taken to a local hospital.
BCSO Criminal Investigations responded and interviewed Charles Patrick Killacky.
Based on statements made by the victim, Killacky was arrested and charged with felony Battery, Attempted Sexual Assault, and Aggravated Assault with Intent to Commit a Felony. He was taken to the Bay County Jail.
